W810i Not Powering Up

Let me begin by complimenting you guys on a very informative and resourceful site.

My cousin just gave me a W810i and it does not power up. I plug in a wall charger and after a few minutes the screen starts blinking with a white Screen. When I plugged it into the usb port it just blinks the white screen every 5-10 minutes and now it does not blink anymore. From searching I believe I have to do a a firmware update.

I started with XS++ 3.1. I first backed up my GDFS, then attempted loading a firmware I found W810_R4EA031_MAIN_HONG_KONG_HN_RED49.mbn with FS W810_R4ED001_FS_APAC_RED49.fbn. The flash made it half way and got stuck. I then tried SEtool lite and it actually flashed on the main all the way but the file system got stuck halfway. I then tried with xs++ again with W810_R4CE012_MAIN_HONG_KONG_HN_RED49 and W810_R4CE012_FS_HONG_KONG_RED49 and this time the main made it up to 362 block of 364 then got stuck. I then try it again in Setool lite this time I did not use the FS file but used the Restore file option, it made it to about 157/366 then gave me a "verify block error". Is there anything else I can try or is there something I am overlooking. Thanks for the help and my log file from XS++ is listed below.

The battery was completely dead lucky for me a co-worker had a Sony Ericsson at home he no longer user which had a fully charged battery. Flash worked and now the phone is working, Just getting configuration error. Oh well of to searching.

you need to finalize your phone, this was discussed too many time allready. Upload the Custom Files.

reflash the MAIN. If it's not working, flash EROM.
