i had my k800i upgraded and it stoppped working after a day

i just had my phone serviced yesterday..they upgraded the phone firmware with a newer one.. everything worked fine and it was all good until i plugged my phone in the pc to transfer files.. my phone restarted (as it usually does when i readies itself for file transfer) but does it again and again.. i unplugged the usb cable but it still restarts.. it only stops when i remove the batteries.. anything i can do on my own??? by the way, im a total newbie with this modding stuff.. thanks..:(:(:(:(:(

reflash it with the latest R8 Firmware.

you can use:

XS++
or
SETool2 Lite

You will need three files,

1. FS
2. Main
3. Custpack

they are all available in the download section. Make sure your phones CID is same as the firmware

If I were you I would just bring it back to the service if your phone is still under warranty. You'll void your warranty if you flash the phone yourself. It's most likely that they wouldn't find out, but you'll be on the safe side...

if your phone is still under warranty take it back to where you got it from. if not
you will need to find k800i firmware to reflash your phone with follow the flashing tutorial.

before you flash your phone back up your GDFS just incase anything goes wrong.

if your worried about messing up your phone you can pay
wotan server or seking server to do it via the internet (but i recommend taking it back to the upgraders if it was free)

Look first tried to upgrade via SEUS. Maybe he will fix your problem. If not, then you have 2 options:

1. If you have your phone under warranty , take it to service center.
2. If not, the make a full flash ( main, filesystem and custom file )
