dead w810i white screen problem

hi all. i hope i'll get solution to my problem. it's white screen problem. i'm fresher to using far , setool , xs++ and others. my problem wasn't caused by any flashing. it just became after far was freezed. i read posts here. but i couldn't solve it. reflash means flash it with correct firmware. am i right? but it yields nothing. still blank screen. please give me ordered and detailed tutorial to repair my phone. sometimes please give me links for example downloads etc...
i just starting to feel goodness of my phone. but got problem.
please help guys!!!

Ok. Now first get a newer version of XS++ (at least 2.0)
Then get a MAIN, FS and Custpack and fullflash the phone.

sorry for being idiot. but what is the cutsback ? i got W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn
and W810_R4ED001_FS_EUROPE_3_RED49.fbn. though i confused with cutsback. what really is it?

which languages do you want to have in your phone and were do you live?? Customize have a package with languages and files for your operator/country

WOW..thanks JUSTME and INTERFEREJ. it revived. but configuration ERROR now. bat i think it can be treated .

The configuration error appears because you either didn't flash a custpack at all or if you flashed the wrong one.
XS++ has got custpacks installed already. I guess you're from germany, so you could use
CDA102494/15 for EUROPE 2 FS. If you choose to use EU3 FS you have to use CDA102555/12

whenever i ticked the customize it tried to bruteforce.
I'm from Mongolia.(between russia and china) W810_R4ED001_FS_APAC_RED49.fbn what about it ?

Ok, I thought you were from germany because you had EU2 and EU3 FS.
What language do you need?
Have a look at this:
Top Sony - Languages Description
and find the region that suits you. Then get the MAIN, FS and custpack. Remember that MAIN, FS and custpack have to match each other
