W910 "Operation failed" bug, when does it start?

    Hi.
I think it would be nice if all the possessors of a w910 with the "operation failed" bug from games and application menu, usually with not-working "walkman" button, could tell us when this happens.
I have my phone from 1 week when this problem starts, and I have to change it to solve the bug. I don't know exactly when it started, but I'm sure that is just before I transferred some music from pc to phone using SE Media Manager, for the first time. I read someone tells that there are some problems with the connection, and for some bug when you disconnect the phone from USB, even if the transfer is complete and the removal should be safe, some files can be corrupted and the "operation failed" starts. I don't know this is true, I hope to receive considerations and answer, since now I trying to not repeat the some procedure that takes my terminal to this bug, but I don't know what the procedure is.

    Sorry for my bad English

    Thanks, bye

What firmware versions do you have?
    I forget to tell mine:

    R1CA029 prg12009124_VODAFONE_SH R1CA029

Obviously this can be the key to the problem, or maybe some phones don't show the bug while other ones do.

    Thanks for you experience, bye

I tried to do the same things I did with the previous phone; I transferred from pc to it games and music. All works fine until now :)
I think that if it doesn't show any bug I won't update the firmware, anyway I have to wait for Vodafone firmware, maybe it will never be available.

    Thanks for you comments.

    bye

I had exactly the same problem with my W850i. I tried master reset, but I was unable to solve the problem.

Finally I decided to flash the phone and it can run java applications and games again. I recommend you to flash your phone.
