Hey guys,
I just bought this phone from rogers and went through the debranding and all without much issue.
But I am having trouble figuring out how to stop the phone from locking the buttons up whenever i close the slider.
Any suggestions?

It always like that. You can unlock it after you close it.
yeah, but there is there a setting that allows me to turn that off?
It's kind of annoying.
go to the menu, and then close the phone, the buttons won't lock anymore!
Hey kpamir, could you tell me how exactly you debranded the fone? I am about to debrand my rogers based phone and was wondering what files an what programs are needed. I have been reading alot of and im still not clear on exacly how to do it and what files i need.
Hello.
Look you must make a full flash ( main, filesystem and custom file )
Note: MAIN and FS HAVE to be the same software version.
Customization has to be same region as FS.
Here is a tutorial , how to flash your phone by xs++ 3.1:

Nice day
Kobi i looked around for some time and i found the guide Jasmin is talking about but unfortunately i just signed up here and i am not able to get the files from here. So i looked around a bit more and found something on the ATT forums.
I used SEtool and the main and fs files but they were from asia but it still works fine.
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem, if my phone gets a strong bump sometimes for some reason it turns off and turns back on telling me to put a SIM card in there. So i have to re-seat the sim card whenever this happens and its back to normal.
back on topic though, the whole locking thing when the phone is closed is actually pretty good, now that i think about it.
Here Kobi
Hope this isnt against any rules, if it is lemme know please and ill edit.
