K770i Debrand/Unlock question

Just tried debranding the phone now, and fell at the first hurdle.

XS++ won't find my phone.

I click connect, hold c, then connect the phone, but all I get is:

18:28:14| Attempting to open the interface...
18:28:14|
18:28:14| TURN OFF PHONE!
18:28:14| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone NOW.
18:28:14| You have 30 seconds...
18:28:14|
18:28:44| Error: Cannot open phone communication port
18:28:46| Disconnected... Unplug the phone

Nevermind, fixed it :D

Sorry for the triple post, but I have (hopefully) one final question.

It may seem a really stupid question, but where is this "Own Custpack" folder to which I have top upload my own custom pack?

I have it, I just don't know how to get it onto my phone using XS++

Completely debranded now, thanks for your help guys :D

Just need to work on getting it unlocked from t-mobile now which is proving difficult :(
