How to apply patches with SETool2 Lite V1.11

i succesfully worked this one with bypassing cid etc. and you said i do just once ? and if i reflash whole cell then again?
and how to put patch now . i don't get this quick acces patch below bypass,what with that ?

But Russian language is not supported by my PC........

Don't worry about that
The word in this code is mean "Radio without headsets" in Russian language
after " ; "of the line it doesn't make anything in firmware .

Every line that begins with a ";" is a comment and doesn't count. That line can be removed :P.
