First of all install the USB flash driver then restart Windows(if something doesn't works properly restart Windows :D ). If it doesn't helps, try to clean the phone's connector, and use a 'normal' DCU-60 cable. You can try to plug the cable in other USB port(s) too (use the PC's backside USB ports).

But when attaching My K750i , windows hardware wizard doesnt PopUp .
    windows install Generic driver .
message appear saying ,Your new hardware installed and ready to use .
when go to device manager and Under Universal ports , Uknown deivce show there , and not with yellow question or exclamation mark .
No driver installed for this device and when trying Update driver , even with a specific loaction where driver unpacked on my computer , but no luck .
I have program which can show USB devices connected to computer and the pic attached show that no information for this device .
and in windows Registry HKLM , USB Device , where Unknow Device show that ,VID_000\PID_000 .
I spent two months to solve this , unitll now
    Plz , I need your help .

The yellow exlamation mark disappair or remain when you disconnet the cable? You connect the cable in flash mode (phone off with hold C) or normal mode (phone on)? The battery is full charged? Have you tried another cable? Have you tried an usb port on mobo directly?

Wait wait...what drivers are you using? the one came with the phone or USB DRIVERS. They are different. Try this for USB DRIVERS: RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting

Now nowhere in this have you said that you have installed the usb drives for your k750i, I understand that it works with your k810i, but each phone needs its own drivers. When i plug my phone into my gf's laptop, i needed to install the drivers for my w810i even though she had the drivers for her w550i already installed. So unless I am missunderstanding you, you may wanna make sure that you have installed the usb drivers specifically for your k750i.

I had exactly the same problem with my k750i.

What I had to do was download the drivers, then when windows prompted me to install a new device, I had to navigate to the folder containing them.

Had to do it like 5 times for all different functions, storage device, WMC modem or whatever it was etc
