Use Setool2 Lite to flash main and FS and then customize. Follow tutorial given in the tutorial section. First I'd recommend you connect to SET2 lite and post the log here. We can help you more after that :)

    small problem

my battery wont stay charged long enough to do anything

every 10 seconds my cpu connects to my phone again...because it dies and then gets a bit of charge. like...

itll be connected...then 10 sec later..disconected from cpu and then right back to connected...im assuming this would interupt anything i plan to do using setool

If I understand correct, your battery is discharged. So you need to charge it first, or use another phone's battery. Make sure that the battery to be charged at least 80%. If connects-disconnects even if the battery is charged, then clean the phone's connector, maybe it is dirty.

Do you have USB drivers installed?
Are you holding 'c' on the phone and then connecting?

First install the USB flash driver: SETool2Lite_folder\drivers\usb_flash_driver\gg-setup.exe
Start SETool2 Lite, select phone type(W550/W600). First backup your GDFS(this is important): click Read GDFS.
Now remove the battery, wait a few seconds and insert it back. Press and hold the C button on phone, plug the cable in phone and follow the commands in SETool2Lite.

    How to flash it?
Click Add button and select the *.mbn(MAIN firmware) and repeat it with *.fbn(FS) too. In MISC files: select the customization pack(zip archive), and click the FLASH button.

where do you find the mbn and the fbn files? I can't seem to find them anywhere...

oh nevermind that I got it, but when I turn on the phone it gives me this error that I should contact my service provider...
