I tired . XS++ and FarManager . same problem .
The Driver Installed from Sony Ericsson Website , W800.exe .
What if the problem related to MS DUO, is that possible ?

just like number1,try with xs 3.1,and that problem with "Phone Preboot Failed...." it's just from the flash drivers.

That isn't the USB flash driver. You will find the required driver in SETool2Lite_folder\drivers\usb_flash_driver\gg-setup.exe (version 1.08 and earlier) or in SETool2Litev_folder\drivers\usb_flash_driver\ggsemc.inf (version 1.10). In this case right click on ggsemc.inf and choose Install.
Now it should work...

Make sure that the battery to be fully charged. Turn off your phone and remove the battery, wait a few seconds then put it back(but DO NOT try to turn on). In XS++ click Connect, press and hold the 'c' key on phone and connect the cable. When you see some progress in XS++, release the 'c' key...

try again bro, try to fully charge the battery, sometimes it is caused fail to open, and install the correct usb driver

remove SE pc suite and try again. (remember to reboot ur pc)
