Your phone's CID is 53 so you cant use setool lite for flashing or patching.... You have to use jdflasher.... Here you go with tutorials...

Hi, why i cant install setool2 lite v1.11? Its writen 'windows cannot acces the specified device, path, or file, you may not have the appropiate permission to acces the item' when i click setool2lite v1.11.exe, but everything is work well in setool 2 lite v1.10. Plz help :(, sorry for my bad english. . .

Nice forum you've got here !
I've been reading for about a week and just started to (try to) unlock a phone.
It was a present from the neighbour to my son, and now seems that the phone is locked.
In the tutorials that i read, i thougt that setool2 could do the trick with the simlock patch.
(If ofcourse I understood it well... )
Now, I'm not far away , because when I'm doing the backup (read gdfs), i do not see the backup file.
So please, can somebody tell me what i'm doing wrong ?

It's CID36, try using GFlash for patch and GFlash or XS++ for backup GDFS...

But now..., wich files do I need ? I downloaded firmware according to my region (Europe_3), wich custom file do I need ?
And do I have to extract them ? or ?
sorry for al the questions, just need some help.
