I have a w580,it has all the keys cracked.its very annoying.is there anything i can do temporarily so that keys are not be seem cracked?please!

I'm not sure but can't you bring it somewhere if you still have your warranty? You could try there...I don't think there is any other way of replacing them unless you find some store that would do that =S.

you can still try to return to the shop where you bought your phone and ask if there is a way they can see when you bought it but without receipt it'll be very hard

Take the phone to service center, they'll fix it for free.

Just take it to where you buyed it.

or just call Sony Ericsson at 1-866-766-9374 and complain, it's their hardware design problem they should stand behind their product. I don't think they ask for receipt.

I call Sony Ericsson and they fixed my keypad despite having just one cracked key. I didn't have the receipt either, and my phone was unlocked and debraded from Rogers.

If you phone was debranded, be carefuly cus I got my phone back Rogers branded =(.

I did this before. I sent it to the repair because of broken sidelight.

I'm scared of being caught. So there is no roger firmware in my phone, but its not in the site. I use default_upgrade.xml to change the firmware name.

After, my phone was still debranded.
