k610im (i-mode) branded to Cosmote (Greece) debrand

1)yep CID49, but the only files i see in the download section for cid49 are main and fs for taiwan and china! so don't you think i shoud flash a fs and main from the downloads->firmwares->k610->CID52->"smthg"
2)from the moment i have CID 49 and i want to go to CID52 do i still need to buy credits from TMS etc or i can do it for free? i think i have read somewhere that if you are on CID49 you can finalize your phone for free?is it true?
