applications and updates

I had a couple of cool applications but when I install them the application asks to retrieve updates only I have no internet on my phone. sorry for my english:p

if your fone has bluetooth conn & there's internet access on your pc, you could try to connect to the internet through your pc.

1. setup paired connection between pc
2. go into network settings on pc and enable "bluetooth Network"
3. Bridge the local area network and the Bluetooth Network
4. In bluetooth settings go into properties of your fone and select "Network Access"
5. In the fone's bluetooth settings/devices, select the computer and choose "allways Allow"
6. Go to bluetooth places on your pc right click PAN Network Access Point & Connect
7. On the phone, go into internet profiles and create a new profile, using the new data account (the one with your computer's name on it). Set this profile as the default profile
8. On the phone, go into the browser, the phone will auto connect to the computer and you will be browsing the Internet using the computer!

f you have a manual IP setup on your internet connection on the PC, this may not work. But if you get DHCP off your broadband router this should work for you too. (note this method works WITHOUT having to share your internet connection - that's why the two networks are bridged)

does this method really work? because there's another more complicated using Sonyericsson SDK and java SDK...i'll test your method.:confused:

on my phone Sonyericsson SDK and java SDK method not working...i will check it too..
