Put flash menus on your phone - only flash supported phones

I have flash menues on my w910 and when i set a theme, the menu changes, but i didn't use XS or anything to make them work. Is it possible download a theme that includes a flash menu, so that I wont have to install XS, risking to ruin my phone as i don't know much about these things!

but XS is not hard to use at all, i started about 15.45 (norwegian time) and now the clock is 1605 and i have 30 new flash menus on my phone. It is not hard to use at all. just go to pt. 5 in XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing,Customizing,Recovering - Top Sony Forums abd read what stands there.

If you talking about swf file,then it goes>> tpa>preset>system>desktop>flash.

For all owner W910 - you can`t do anything on this phone, because it`s a new platform phone ( db3150 ). Xs++ 3.1 detects this phone , but you can`t do anything else.

can i change flash menu/theme in the phone or do i have to connect to XS and upload a new menu?

Flash menus you can only change by fsx at xs++.
