    Usually you have to flash the swf-files on your phone - this means you are losing the garanty - its eqaul to debrand, because here you are also loosing the garanty.
    But you can use the swf-file as standby = background. For this you have just copy over usb or bluetooth the swf file and then set as backroud
    Best regards

    Re: Put flash menus on your phone - only flash supported phones

    Why it doesn't work on my W580i? I have installed usb flash drivers and I copy .swf file to tpa/preset/custom/desktop/system/flash/, and .thm file to tpa/user/theme/, then i turn on my phone, select theme and with menu nothing happend. But I changed menu icons and menu.ml file and i haven't got defalut menu. Is that problem?

    Thanks for help and sorry for bad english

    Try to change Theme.xml in the theme.

    It depends on supplier - it means every different operator has different software. You can make a test. Just copy an swf-file over usb or bluetooth on your phone. If the swf-file works than you mobile has flash lite. Now try to copy an flashmenu and push on the icons. If there is a reaction, you phone is able to use the flashmenu.

    If your supplier or provider software do not allowed to use the flashmenus, you have to change the code in the layout file.There are some instructons in this forum

    Sorry not the layout.xml but the customize.xml

    open notepad and paste this in:

    Quote:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <customization>
    <mmi>
    <settings>
    <enable-flash-desktop>true</enable-flash-desktop>
    </settings>
    </mmi>
    </customization>

    save it as Customize_upgrade.xml and upload it in tpa/preset/custom
