Is Firmware what i need?

I have a K800i which will now no longer turn on, whith only a white screen.

I have managed to get XS++ to detect the phone.

Do i need to re-load the firmware to get the phone working again?

Also is there a quicker way other than waiting 2 months as i had a car crash, and my phone is need to be contacted from my insurance company,

Your K800 should still be under warranty, so the easiest way would be to bring it back to the place where you bought it.
Reflashing the firmware could help, but you can't be sure about that.
You can either buy an account to download the files here if you need them quickly or buy some logs for an overtheair flashing service like Wotanserver, D-Client, Kulankendi, SE King, etc...

Please read the tutorials carefully if you decide to flash the phone on your own. Don't forget to backup your GDFS.

It happened to me once. But the only thing I did is waiting - for about 5 minutes. If the problem persists, I would re-flash the phone, if I were you.
