Don't think it's correct: I had a w910i TIM ITALY BRANDED and, i UNBRANDED it with DaVinci with only 10 Euros of expence. AFTER unbranding it, making it general one, i updated it with SEUS. Clearly, you can't flash it for free...yet.
Total amount: 10 Euros. Not so much.
