I bought an Orange w910i unlocked. Currently using it in the Asia. It is still branded with Orange.

I Want to debrand the phone to the generic w910i formware. I've read a lot of posts and forums but all conversations seem to be between experienced users who know terminology. Is there's a beginner's guide to what the different terms mean?
For Explanation Of Basic Terms, Please Visit Mobile Technology Definitions - Top Sony Forums
I have no idea what is DB2000 or DB2020 of DB3150 is. Is this some operating system version?

What is w910i? DB3150 or DB2000? How do I check?

What's GID? Something to do with the firmware or platform? Why is it importnat?

How can I check what the latest firmware for my phone is? Where can I get the latest version of the firmware for my phone? Does SEUS provide? How do I get it?
Definations Are Available In First Link. To Check CID And DB, You Should Connect Your Phone To XS++. The Left Pane Should Then Show Everything; Your CID, Firmware, DBXXXX etc.:)
There seems to be a paid website (DavinciTeam) that offers debranding. But it looks like it can be done for free with XS++ too. But again, the instructions are a little advanced so a little beginner's help would be really appreciated. Is XS++ the only way to do it? Does it work on all SE phones? How can one check what it supports?
Your W910 Is DB3150 So Its IMPOSSIBLE To Flash It For Free. Davinci Can Flash A2 (Your W910) Phones But Its Too Expensive Like $50 etc. XS++ Currently Supports Up To DB2020 However XS++ Can Give Information For DB3150 Phones. You May Use SEUS To Upgrade Your Firmware But That Wont Debrand Your Phone. I Would Recommend To Wait Until A Newer XS++ Version Releases With Support For Your W910. However If You Dont Want To Wait, You May Pay.
Anything else I need to know?
After Debranding, You'll Need To Unlock It Again Which Is Again Not Avalaible For FREE.:D
