    Ok i've found the Download area and W880 section (amazing thing the search tool LOL!!) but qwhich files do I need as there are lots!!

    Hey man thanx for your effort butttt i CAN NOT DOWNLOAD THESE TOW FILES
    SEMC USB Flash Driver (32-Bit And 64-Bit)
    XS++ v3.1(Darwin)
    any other links?
    And yea where is the thanx button?

    Install SEUS and SEMC USB driver will be installed automatically!

    In Downloads > Softwares > XS++ > download XS++V31

    Thank you very much mohdumer, this is definitely the best tutorial on 'Flashing', and it not only updated my SE k800's software/firmware but also fixed sum random problem i had with Java things, it had kept saying 'Operation failed' on games and applications. so thanks again :D.

    hey chrs for the tutorial, worked using a w880i got the files fs and main off topsony.com. but i was wondering is this all you have to do, as in can you use any sim card now? because i used main_generic

    i dont get it, as i said in another reply, ive folowed the instructions and the flash was succesful, but how am i able to use a different sim card to the branded one (orange)?

    hey, im a noob but im kinda guessing what i have to do :). what region/country are you in? im from uk so i used files w880_r1jc002_main_generic_ai_red52 and for the flash system i used r1jcoo2_fs_europe_2_red52.

    I backed up my GDFS but now when I try to connect my w850i it doesn't work. Any reason why?
