    On W880 you must press "2" instead "C".

    Super - that's worked so far - cheers!! BUT........

    I've installed the flas drivers from the file SEMC USB Flash Drivers and that was ok
    I then backed up GDFS and that was all ok
    Now when it comes to the actual Flashing part - on point 2 it says:

    "Select the firmwares (make sure you extract them first) by clicking the "..." buttons or simply dragging the file from the explorer to the box "

    Stoopid question - where do i get the firmwares from ?? I have a W880i and want to try and reflash to see if that resolves my screen problen before i buy a new lcd screen, so i'm not after putting any other model's firmware on or anything.

    Any advice gratefully rec'd - this is a good site!!

    Ok i've found the Download area and W880 section (amazing thing the search tool LOL!!) but qwhich files do I need as there are lots!!

    hey, im a noob but im kinda guessing what i have to do :). what region/country are you in? im from uk so i used files w880_r1jc002_main_generic_ai_red52 and for the flash system i used r1jcoo2_fs_europe_2_red52.
