How do i know the correct software version to flash the phone with all im seeing is SE W890i im not sure if the R1EA030 or R1EA033 the the other ones im seeing in the download section

this is the message i get when i try to do a GDFS backup, i would really like to know wats causing this im really a motorola person so i have never flashed a SE before..I have read the guides but Se tools lite does not seem to work with vista

i bet W890 is A2 platform and u need to use A2 uploader to do so
