This isn't something strange,because your phone have all new platform DB3150 and XS++ or Setool2lite or any other free tool don't support that platform for now

i tried many time....but still can do it...i just want to make my k800 louder than w version can u all guys tell me how to do this.....(if can tell me with details....)....waiting for the answer all my life time

You must look the next path:

IFS>Setings>Acoustics

There delete al files of the acoustic folder, and remplace with the new files

Post complete log from XS++,but I think you have CID53 and that is reason why XS++ said
"your phone is NOT SUPPORTED"
If I'm wright only tool for CID53 for now is jdflasher and tutorial you have here Flashing with jdflasher - Top Sony Forums
