    Thanks buddy,
    The final solution was a life saver. I extracted all the customization files and here I am using the phone. It's cool & as we call it zhakaas. I think after using all this so many times, even I'll be able to help others with XS++ and Setool2lite.

    My observations if helpful to other are:
    1. Remove memory card also.
    2. If you wanna debrand as well as unlock, you debrand first, then unlock and then use XS++ to flash FS only and customize with extracted files.
    3. Chao you're done.

    ENJOY!!!!;)

    Re: XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing,Customizing,Recovering

    You must finalize your phone. Look here example:

    Finalization = Completing flashing operations and storing basic settings that phone needs to properly operate [i.e. security certificates, (and this is why phone displays "configuration error" if it is not properly done)].

    Firmware has two parts:
    1. FS: It contains languages, images, sounds, animations, settings, etc. Anything that isn't pure software.
    2. Main: It contains the software.

    Note: MAIN and FS HAVE to be the same software version
    MAIN R1BC002
    FS R1BC002
    Customization has to be same region as FS, in this case
    FS = EU5 (EUROPE_5)
    Customization =CDA102338/50 ( EUROPE_5 Sunrise Switzerland)

    Nice day

    Re: XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing,Customizing,Recovering

    Hello, first time poster here with a problem. So when I connect my phone to the computer, holding C and inserting the cable, the log goes like this:

    Code:
    06:44:04| XS++ v3.1 (Darwin) Ready !
    06:44:04| Executed on Microsoft Windows XP
    06:46:05|
    06:46:05| Attempting to open the interface...
    06:46:05|
    06:46:05| TURN OFF PHONE!
    06:46:05| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone NOW.
    06:46:05| You have 30 seconds...
    06:46:05|
    06:46:13| Baseband ID: 8040
    06:46:13| Protocol Version: 3.1
    06:46:13| NEW SECURITY PHONE DETECTED! SWITCHING...
    And it gets stuck there. Any suggestions? I'm using a w810i, btw.
