I didnt exactly understand what you goal is, to upload files to you phone or to download files FROM your phone?

If you want to upload files to your phone (like custom acoustics, camdrivers) i find XS++ 3.1(DARWIN) to be the easiest.
You just browse to the catalog in the phones filesystem you want to upload to and drag your files from your computer in there. Piece of a cake!
