Acknowledging that I haven't read the warranty directly, you might have trouble in that the phone, (if its like my ATT model) is physically distinct from a factory debranded model (ie. "AT&T" instead of the Walkman logo on the front) and therefore the lack of the branded software on the phone would be de-facto proof that firmware flashing beyond that administered by SEUS has occurred, and that may void SE's warranty.
