Unlocking k510i to use italian sim card

I'm trying to debrand an Orange Uk k510i to use an italian sim card but I'm always getting this error msg:

use xs++3.1 the newest version, or try setool2 lite 1.08

Since I am trying to unlock it I tried both the programs always getting the same error msg:

I also tried using patches to unlock the phone but now it seems completely dead, it doesn't even turn on!
I also tried flashing the original orange firmware but I always get the same error msg, what should I do? Also SEUS gives me err msg!

try to find the original main and fs on this forum.use setool2lite 1.11 and flash phone.it should work.
