First make sure u have installed usb cable driver and this can be done in updating in sony ericsson site, as u as u do it your computer detect and give message by pop up (new hardware detected) such as usb, only after this reboot computer and make reconnect your usb cable near computer monitor, it may work. Reharge phone battery fully before u flash it is important.
