Custum pack file is necessary fo Setool?

New version of Setool2 Lite v1.8 released, the custom pak file is always necessary for debranding? With this version too?

It is always necessary since you need to finalize the phone.
Or else it will report configuration error

there is a single custom file for every FS version, look in downloads at custom files. You need to choose your custom files by your phone model and the FS version U use, for eg. for america2 FS you need america2 custom files

Another questions:
How can i use this custom file con setool? Must i open it in MISC section or ADD FILE section? Can i do a full flashing (Main e FS) and load custom file together ?

The custpack goes into the misc tab (as zip file!)

It is important that you have to put custpack with the firmwares. If you don't, the phone will show up "Configuration Error" screen.

i have a k790a locked to rogers, with the debranding if i wanted to add a new language, like greek, which is under the medditeranean custompack..would i be able to or would i have to stay america custompack?
