what firmware do i need?

that's a good question cuz I plan on buying the W960i when it arrives in my country. that would be good to know.

What do you mean by "world1 and world2"?

as other phone firmwares have version for different countries (america1, europe1 ....) symbians have different versions, like W960i for eg. it has two versions, world1 and world2, these are posted here on TopSony.
