allright, i'm connected and to the point of flashing, there is nothing in the flash main firmware box, which file needs to be here?

I don't have enough time on forum to download eroms, what do I need to do?

since you can connect to xs++3.1 have you tryed flash the firmware with xs++3.1???

Ok, I finally found a file that would flash Downloads - Top Sony Forums
I left it running in xs++3.1 when I came back phone powered up to start page, haven't tried to insert sim yet but everything appears as normal. I can't thank you all enough for walking me through all this, hopefully I'm good now, thanks again, Kelvin
