How to see its a patch unlocked phone?
Is there any way to check that before flashing?

But you can confirm this pressing this combination in your phone: <**<
If you see at "network" the padlock closed and you can use all sim the phone is patch unlocked

mine is patch unlocked and all the locks are open?

If the (original) setool2 says phone locked (when press the identify button), then the phone is really locked, or unlocked with flash patch.
Maybe other tool say it, too.

You can try this combination also: >*<<*<*
Select "Service info" and next "SIM lock"..... all padlock must be open. In this case the phone is full unlocked. At any further firmware upgrade the unlock still remain.
