SE S700i problem

I have problem with my s700i. I have base(dss-25) for this phone(no kable) and i install drivers for this. He send file and upload but when i need do patch i can't do it. First when i have power off my phone and put "C" nothing hapend. FAR don't do anything. I have instaled USBFLash driver by "right->install" and nothing. What do i do? How can i patch my phone? What CID have I?

My second problem is MyPhoneExplorer because when i start program i have error:372. I don;t know what i do. I have latest version 1.6.3 . Please help me.

I have soft of my friends and i have 2 folders "MAIN" and "FS" how can i install it to my phone? Must i convert to vpk? How?

1. I m not sure about your phone not connecting...you should install the drivers when windows detects the phone as new hardware...or right click on my computer>hardware>add hardware wizard>next and see if the pc detects your phone. If not, then select "yes, I have already connected.." and select your phonw there. Then, select your driver path.
Also, you should remove you battery for a few seconds before you plug the cable in.

I don't have cable. I have BASE. And it's difrend. MFE don't open me! When i open the error:372 block and automatic closed.

I say i have 2 folders from my friends phone (he copy in FAR) and i know i must have this folder in vKp and i don;t know how i need do that. Or can i copy this file in my phone in FAR?

I think the DSS25 uses a serial interface altho it does connect to USB. thats why the USB flash drivers dont work. Does it work with SEUS?

i don't know. But my dss have USB. What is SEUS?

first, remove usb drivers and remove usb cable also, reboot computer, install usb driver and then connect usb cable windows tells u that it has found new hardware, u might solve with problem once your computer recognies.
