    Turn off the phone, remove the battery, sim and memory card,
    get setool2 lite 1.08
    select phone type from phone type drop-down list,
    press identify
    reinsurt battery and holding down 2+5 connect the phone
    press the unlock/repair button
    then disconnect phone and try to connect to xs++ again
