Anyway, problem still persists, white screen on start up, sometimes can go into demo mode.
I posted the files you need, you should have used america1 custom files, and do the customization with FAR, probably you have a damaged GDFS, download SeTool, try to back-up the GDFS, and try to flash your phone with SeTool. Try to use the same custom files as your FS don't mix versions. I'll send you a tutorial on your PM later.

thanks a lot, ill try that and report back

@thenumber1: how can you tell if erom or gdfs is damaged from the log? it says everything was 'successful'

    cheers

PS: is se tool better than XS++

edit: if erom is damaged, which file is suitable

    W810_RED_CID49_R3B010_EROM-FOTA_2006-02-15_17

    or

    W810_RED_CID49_R3BA002_EROM-FOTA_2006-08-11_10

well I flashed erom with XS++ using: W810_RED_CID49_R3BA002_EROM-FOTA_2006-08-11_10.rar

    still doesn't work

    i dont know what gives

the phone still lags like crazy (if it starts up at all)
