You should use generic firmware (W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49 MAIN with W810_R4ED001_FS_AMERICA_2_RED49 or W810_R4ED001_FS_AMERICA_1_RED49 FS and a matching Custpack). A T-Mobile FS will give you Tmob operator logos etc.
It's not possible to tell you the next step without really knowing the problem of your phone. An EROM flash could help, but if the problem is the GDFS it could become difficult.
Please post up a complete XS identifying log. If possible a SE Tool lite log, too.
