Cam don't working.HELP

I have w810i.I have reinstaled firmware but since then my cam won't work.I enter the cam and everything looks fine but when i press the button to tak a picture on a half button autofocus works but when i press it to the end it wont take a picture.What should I do?Please help me

Can you tell us the MAIN FS & CDA files uploaded to you phone?
It is possible that one of the files flashed in the phone to be corrupt.
Have you tried to upload a custom driver for your camera?
Have you tried to reflash the firmware?
What method did you used?
