here i attached startup animation..
you need to upload it usin xs++ or far manager or setool to tpa/preset/system/settings/..

You can create self a startup and shutdown with any Gifprogramm or photoshop
and gif the name of the SHUTDOWN or STARTUP

Right,its really easy i have made 3Animations for my Phone.
With Walkman Symbol and Carbon with a Roboter Font.
