I doubt, unless your phone specifically suports it. You cant install codecs on java devices, atleast till now. Unless someone makes a midlet, which i recon will be huge.

Yes, SE phones can play .rm or .ram files. Only newer phones can do that, as K800, K550i. You'd better convert them to .mp4. It's a huge difference betwen .rm and .mp4. Cheers!
