I'm using the Hong Kong firmware on my K800, and can confirm that it can display Traditional (excluding the HKSCS) and Simplified Chinese, as well as Japanese characters. Korean is not supported, however. Only English and Traditional Chinese (stroke and Pinyin) input methods are provided.

I'm not sure about the Mainland China and Taiwan versions.
