far manager not connecting

i have w800 002 firmware

my problem is when i try connecting my phone with far manager it does not connect

it doesnt get detected where it says to hold key"c" and plug the cable wat shuld i do

it is wortking fine with xs++ v3

Connect your phone in flash mode, go to Device Manager, check to see if there are any "unknown devices" there.

Flash mode is connecting your phone to far manager or xs++ while holding the "c" button on your phone.
The phone must be turned OFF.

remove all ur usb cables such as thumb drive and others reboot ur compter then remove the driver in ur computer in acessories section, reboot ur compter and plug ur sony ericsson cable, possibly your windows will tell that it has found a new hardware, try using far manager while connection is made to ur phone. Needs lots of patience. good luck.

You need ssw file for you phone if CID your phone is 49.

Using Far manager for CID49 Phones

What exactly you need to do with Far manager? If you just need to push in new files try using XS++ or SEToolLite they are pretty easy to use....
