Sony w580i

Hey, I just got my w580i a few days ago and I was wondering if it was capable of using flash menus since its branded by AT&T, or do I have to debrand first?
And if so is there any tuts for it on Far?

nvm, just debranded and now using Far, but when i'm in the FS folder what am i suppose to do to put flash themes in it?

I´m from Brazil, i was reading this topic, after trying my first firmware flashing with the files:
W580_R6BC002_FS_AMERICA_2_RED52.fbn
W580_R6BC002_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52.mbn

I used X++ for this.
Used no Custom packages, just trying to debrand.

Now every time i try to turn on the phone with my GSM chip on, it shows an error message: Configuration Error, contact the operator or service provider.

Have i done something wrong?
If anyone reads this message, would please shares the file from TopSony:

I don´t have a month on TopSony yet, so i cannot download the files.

@VaZe there are many tutorials on putting up flash themes, just have a look around

@samxamkill You need to finalize your phone (upload a custpack to your phone) after flashing the FS or you'll get the Configuration Error

if it is, i can´t download... I don´t have the enough days signed on Topsony yet...

If it has nothing to do with the file above, how do i do finalize? Tryied do find tutorials on the net, but all only got me here so far.

That's a custpack, right. But it's a branded one. You should look for something called like Generic_trade_Brazil.
There is an extra forum for tutorials on TopSony.

hmm, after I tryed to flash my phone i had the same problem as samxamkill.
I used XS++ to debrand it with both cutspack:
W580_R6BC002_FS_AMERICA_1_RED52
W580_R6BC002_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52

It worked fine in the end, so I went to the next step and used Far to get flash menus. I got into the FS folder in far, but now i didn't know what to do, because i got the flash themes but i couldn't put it inside. So I then closed far, opened my cell, didn't have the at&t logo starting and then led to that message saying to contact my service provider etc.

After getting into FAR

Now choose FS (this is the place where you customize all the stuff like icons, menus, sound, cam driver, etc).

For custom menus go here: /tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash
For audio drivers: ifs/settings/acoustic/
For replacing camdriver: /ifs/settings/camera/camdriver0.dat
For adding new photo frames: tpa/preset/system/multimedia/pe/

Copy from PC to phone - F5
Delete from Phone -F8

NOTE: Remember the file name of the flash menus that you have uploaded, because later you need to make themes based on them!

When you finish with this, Just go back to root (click ‘..’ all the time) until FAR asks to EXIT CSFS loader, choose YES.

Then just exit FAR-manager. Disconnect cable and remove your battery for 5secs
