Well the shop tested the phone and did a MASTER RESET. The phone showed the same problem that I had so they would not buy the phone. I need to get a RED EROM for CID49. I have another K750i but do not have SETool2 as I am a simple phone user and not an unlocker/repairer.
Can I use SETool Lite to read the EROM from my working K750i? I don't want to ruin that one, but I am happy for the broken one to be not repairable/sellable, although fixing it would be great.

That's what I thought.
I am going to give it away to a friend and just tell them not to do a MASTER RESET. I can fix it if they do, by using FAR and XS++ (FAR to delete FS in phone, then copy a PC folder-structure replicating the FS, then using XS++ to customize)
