Thanks for your reply, but I still have a few questions:

1. Is there any way to backup my existing firmware in the phone before I flash it? I am worried that if I flash with the wrong firmware, I might mess things up, so I'd like to have a backup. Is backing up GDFS the same as backing up Main (I've already backed up GDFS).
2. If I only flash Main and not FS, isn't it possible that my FS and Main will no longer match? Again, the concern is if I have downloaded the wrong Firmware (perhaps), so I could flash with a different Main than what matches my FS in the phone.
3. Is flashing Main and VKP all in 1 step, or do I do each separately?
