In Windows NT(Win 2000/XP/2003 server/Vista/2008 server) the BSODs are almost always caused by bad drivers. In Windows Explorer go to [SETool2 Lite v1.11 folder]\drivers\USBFlash_driver\ folder, right click on ggsemc.inf file, and choose Install. This hopefully will fix the problem.

I get a message saying that particular .inf does not support that method of install?
