    one question.
    after unlock, each time i take out the battary and put it back, the date and time will change to 8:00pm Dec-31-1999(i did not turn on the auto-update)

    Before, even i take out the battary, my w580i still can hold the memory for a certain period of time (i am not sure exactly how long, but at least 30 mins)

    do you have any idea?

    I think i was wrong. My w580i can not hold date and time more than 10 seconds without battary before unlock. it's same after unlock.
    so it's nothing to do with your software.

    I searched the web and found out Sony Errison design it this way......how stupid design.
