What error message you get? Please post an identify log as well.

You need to install the USB Flash driver: USB Flash Driver Installation - Guide.
Firsrt turn off the phone, remove the battery, wait a few minutes, then insert it back. Now click the button on program(e.g. FLASH, Write Script etc.) press and HOLD the C key on phone, and connect the cable. When you see some progress in program, release the C key.
