hello if i unlock my phone in this way and make a backup and flash it to another phone does that phone be unlocked?

I think you made something wrong. Follow this tutorial: How to apply patches with SETool2 Lite V1.11

Yes, that phone will be unlocked, but be careful: backup the MAIN firmware only. If you backup the GDFS too, you can brick the another phone.

I have searched a bit about "Inactive SIM" problem.
Try the following:
1.) Swich off the phone, remove the battery and SIM card. Put back the battery(do not put back the SIM card). Turn on the phone, and when it asks you to put a SIM card, swich off the phone and put back the SIM card. This operation is called soft reset.
2.)If it doesn't help reflash the phone with the latest firmware version(try an unbranded one) and try with original SIM card. If it works unlock the phone and try again.
If it doesn't works then can be two reasons: the SIM card is defect or your IMEI number is blacklisted(someone reported the phone as stolen).

DB2012 CID50 phones cannot be unlocked for free. Sorry...
However you can unlock with paid services. You can try SekingServer for example.

Don't give up;)
First flash your phone (MAIN, FS, cust pack) with XS++. Do not flash it with SETool2 lite, just patch it following that tutorial. Should work...

Done all as per guide. Phone still is locked (EXTENDED LOCK)
