Try flash only with MAIN (press clear in Setool) and than in ADD put just MAIN and hit Flash

In this case no, SEUS isn't able to do that.
You need to reflash your phone first. Here are two tutorials: Flash your phone using SETool 2 Lite, and XS++ 3.1 Guide-Flashing, Customizing, Recovering

ok tnx that seems to be the problem :) ... now i have started SE update service, se tool wasn't working because it wouldn't read usb driver, i hope i will fix that phone :P

Try to change USB port, and check connector on phone ( clean if you need)
