Remove SIM-lock patch generator

hi everyone, i must confess that it is quite possible, that my level of stupidity doesn't allow me to patch my w880 correctly. still, i would like to get this thing working and unlock it..

Is it necessary to hold the 2 Button the whole time while flashing it? (Step I - 6. according to simox tutorial) I am asking because nothing happens (i waited 30 minutes..), not with the phone nor with setool.

ok, i guess that i have found a possible troubleshoot: in the patch generator it said that CID is 52, now when i run setool it says 51. is it possible to patch 51's or do i have to convert it to 52? (if yes, how do i do this? :?)

Ok, i crossread through some posts, and know now that i can't flash cid 51. so i tried to convert it to 52.

tried with DB2020_CID49_51_to_CID52.txt -> unsupported combination
tried with DB2020_CID49_51_to_CID52_OLD.txt ->
